- South Jordan homeowner
Before | Entrada, St. George: This beautiful Entrada home had knotty wood cabinetry and multiple granite patterns that made the kitchen feel darker and busier than the homeowner wanted. The goal was a softer, more sophisticated look while making use of the existing cabinet doors and cabinetry.
After | Refined Desert Elegance: A complete transformation in SW 0037 Morris Room Grey, giving the existing cabinetry a softer, more elegant appearance while minimizing the rustic character of the original knots. New elongated pulls add a more refined finishing touch. The dated granite was replaced with Taj Mahal quartzite on the countertops and full-height backsplash, finished with a custom mitered edge for a substantial, high-end look. The result is a lighter, more cohesive kitchen that feels right at home in Entrada and the surrounding St. George landscape.
Before | Entrada Kitchen, St. George: This expansive Entrada kitchen already had great scale, quality cabinetry and an incredible connection to the surrounding red rock landscape. The opportunity was to update the finishes and create a lighter, more refined aesthetic that felt better suited to the architecture and setting of the home.
After | Elevated St. George Kitchen: A sophisticated update designed to complement this beautiful Entrada home. Warm SW Morris Room Grey cabinetry, Taj Mahal quartzite and elegant new hardware create a softer, more cohesive palette without losing the character or quality of the original kitchen. The transformation shows how thoughtfully selected finishes can dramatically update a luxury kitchen while working with what is already there.
Before | South Jordan Kitchen Transformation: The original warm wood cabinetry had developed the orange tone the homeowner wanted to leave behind, while the microwave over the range and uneven upper cabinet lines made the kitchen feel dated and visually busy. The goal was a more intentional, architectural look with cleaner lines, upgraded appliances and a sophisticated two-tone palette.
After | A Sophisticated Two-Tone Transformation: This South Jordan kitchen was dramatically transformed with Benjamin Moore White Dove OC-17 on the uppers and SW 7048 Urbane Bronze on the lowers and island. New cabinet doors, elegant pulls, Thermador and Sub-Zero appliances and a custom Shaker-style vent hood give the kitchen a completely new identity. We also refined the upper cabinetry around the sloped ceiling to create cleaner, more intentional architectural lines. Mont Blanc quartzite countertops and a full-height quartzite backsplash, finished with a custom 2.25-inch mitered edge, bring natural movement and a substantial, elevated look to the space. The combination of warm white, deep Urbane Bronze and natural stone creates a sophisticated, timeless kitchen that feels custom rather than simply updated. and completely transforms this South Jordan home.
Before | Cottonwood Heights Cabinet Refinishing: These 30-year-old cabinets were still in great condition, but the original finish had aged into an orange tone the homeowner no longer loved. She shared an inspiration photo featuring a warmer, richer wood tone and wanted to know if we could create a similar look while keeping the beauty of her existing cabinetry.
After | Warm, Rich & Refined: A beautiful transformation from dated orange to a warmer, richer wood tone inspired by the homeowner’s vision. Refinishing the existing cabinetry gave this Cottonwood Heights kitchen an elegant, refreshed look while preserving the natural beauty and character of the wood.
Before | Bountiful Kitchen Transformation: This Bountiful kitchen started with beautiful but very dark cherry cabinetry. The homeowner wanted to brighten the space with a soft, warm painted finish while incorporating the light white oak look from her inspiration photo.
After | Warm Taupe + Light White Oak: The dark cherry cabinetry was transformed with SW 9530 Taupe of the Morning and light white oak accents, creating a dramatically lighter and warmer kitchen. The combination brings softness, natural character and a more current feel while staying true to the homeowner’s inspiration.
Before | Dark Cherry Throughout: The extensive dark cherry cabinetry gave this Bountiful kitchen a much darker overall feel than the homeowner wanted. Her inspiration was a lighter, warmer kitchen combining a soft neutral painted finish with natural wood tones.
After | A Lighter, Warmer Kitchen: A dramatic transformation from dark cherry to a warm combination of SW 9530 Taupe of the Morning and light white oak. The new finishes brighten the entire kitchen while adding warmth, dimension and natural character. The result is the lighter, more inviting kitchen the homeowner envisioned.
Before | Dark Cherry Island: The original dark cherry island was well built and functional, but its deep red tone no longer fit the lighter, more natural look the homeowner envisioned for her Bountiful kitchen.
After | Light White Oak Island: The same island, completely transformed with the warmth and natural character of light white oak. The new look dramatically lightens the kitchen and creates a beautiful contrast with the soft taupe perimeter cabinetry.
Before | Bountiful Cabinet Refinishing: This Bountiful homeowner loved the existing look and character of her kitchen and wasn’t looking for a dramatic change. She simply wanted the stained cabinetry refreshed and restored so it would look and feel new again.
After | Bountiful Stained Cabinet Refinishing: The existing cabinetry was professionally refinished to restore the richness, depth and beauty of the original stain while preserving the character of the kitchen. The result is intentionally subtle — the same kitchen and wood tone the homeowner loved, now refreshed with a beautiful renewed finish.

After | Holladay Cabinet Refinishing & Restoration: We restored the existing cabinetry with a fresh painted finish, replaced broken doors and drawer fronts with new matching pieces, upgraded the worn hinges throughout with concealed soft-close hinges and carefully adjusted the doors for clean, consistent alignment. The result is the same classic Holladay kitchen, beautifully restored with cabinetry that looks refreshed and functions like new.

After | North Salt Lake Cabinet Refinishing: CAZI Refined Finishes transformed this North Salt Lake kitchen by professionally restaining the existing wood cabinet doors and cabinetry in a rich, darker finish that eliminated the dated orange tone. We also added custom trim to the kitchen island and perimeter end panels, giving the existing cabinetry a more substantial, updated, custom built appearance.
Before | Bluffdale Kitchen Transformation: This Bluffdale, Utah kitchen started with traditional stained wood cabinetry, raised-panel doors and an arched detail above the sink window. The homeowners wanted a more current, custom look while still preserving the warmth of stained wood and incorporating a sophisticated two-tone design.
After | A Custom Two-Tone Transformation: This Bluffdale kitchen was dramatically updated with new cabinet doors and drawer fronts, new end panels, and a combination of professionally stained lower cabinetry and painted upper cabinetry. We removed the dated arch above the sink window and painted new cabinetry and a custom vent hood above the range to create cleaner, more intentional architectural lines. New quartz countertops and a full height quartz backsplash dramatically brighten the space, while concealed soft close hinges and soft close drawer glides throughout give the existing cabinetry the function and feel of a new kitchen. The result is a dramatically lighter, more refined kitchen without replacing the existing cabinet boxes.
Before | Provo Kitchen Transformation: This Provo kitchen started with traditional orange oak cabinetry and Formica countertops, but the homeowners wanted something brighter, more functional and much more current. The existing layout also left an opportunity to expand the cabinetry and make better use of the available space.
After | Classic Navy + Crisp White: A complete transformation featuring SW 9176 Dress Blues on the lower cabinetry and SW 7757 High Reflective White on the uppers. New Shaker-style doors, streamlined drawer fronts and custom architectural details give the cabinetry a clean, tailored appearance. We also expanded the kitchen with additional custom cabinetry and replaced the original Formica with beautiful quartz countertops, creating more usable space and a dramatically more finished kitchen. The navy and white palette gives this Provo home a fresh, timeless look while showing just how much can be accomplished by thoughtfully transforming and building upon an existing kitchen.
Before | Ogden Cabinet Transformation: This Ogden kitchen had dark, reddish wood cabinetry with traditional raised-panel doors and exposed hinges. The homeowners wanted to preserve the beauty of stained wood while giving the cabinetry a cleaner, lighter and more current appearance.
After | A Fresh Take on Stained Wood: Rather than painting over the wood, we transformed this Ogden kitchen with new Shaker-style doors and a softer, warm natural stain that allows the character and grain of the wood to shine through. Shaker-style crown molding, concealed soft-close hinges and updated hardware complete the transformation, giving the cabinetry cleaner lines and a more custom, contemporary appearance while retaining the warmth of real wood.
